Don't ever buy a Whirlpool products

Last week my Whirlpool fridge just stopped working, we contacted the customer care center at which time a technician was sent out. He immediately told us that a new part was needed and gave us a quote. We immediately gave him and the customer care center the go-ahead to order the part. It has been a whole week and I have contacted the customer service center three times. Each time I am told to wait 24 hours for feedback on the status of the part. No feedback is ever received. This is the second time in 2 years that I have been through this with Whirlpool. First with my microwave and then with my fridge. My appliances are not even three years old mind you. Do not ever buy a Whirlpool product! Their quality is poor and their service sucks!!!! <br> I have a one-year-old baby at home and cannot buy any food for her.
