Disgusting services with inferior products

<p>I bought a whirlpool front load washing machine in April, this machine, sometimes it works and sometimes it does'nt. I tried to contact Whirlpool many times, the last time i contacted them, i was told they would send a service agent to my house, to date i am still waiting. Today, i contacted them on ********** and i spoke to Brigette, she promised me that her colleague would contact me on the same day after taking my numbers, I am still waiting. There is a number on their website, which does not go through, the number is ***, why putting this number if it is not working?, in some websites, this number is a fax number. The level of service that one gets from Whirlpool is disgusting. Can you come and get your useless machine back or tell me what is wrong it?</p>
