DISGUSTED BY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

I called WhirlpoolSA to request assistance as my washing machine i bought was making weird noises and was jumping back and forth. The technician Andrew who came out to look at the washing machine was soo RUDE, had no respect for our home and demanded we pay him R600. When i asked for what he couldn't give me a direct answer. I cannot believe that I need to pay him R600 when my washing machine is still under warranty? He left our home disrespectfully so. When i called the call center the lady by the name of Lee told me she would escalate the matter to her manager and call me during the course of the day which did not happen rather the night i received an sms from Whirlpool stating the job has been completed? How so? I am still left with a faulty washing machine which is under warranty yet they do not want to assist me in any way!!! I even took extended warranty from Makro for the next 5 years yet Whirlpool doesn't care about any customer satisfaction. NEVER IN YOUR LIFE PURCHASE ANY OF THEIR APPLIANCES!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
