I bought a few items about 3 months ago or so from Hirtches in Centurion. My sales agent was Alpheus. The supplier of the items is Whirlpool. I bought an extractor, stove, oven, microwave, food warmer and x2 integrated fridges with my hard earned money. The fridges are the problematic items the freezers always have ice to full capacity at a temperature as low as of 1 out of 7 levels. We have to defrost every week or second week otherwise the doors don’t close. I logged calls at Hirtches and eventually the allocated consultant inspected and cited the bad intergration as the issue. We hired x2 fridge integration consultants who adjusted the doors. The problem persist. I believe the fridges are defective. I’m told by my sales agent whirlpool can not commit to a specific time to attend to the problem. They come within 24 to 36 hours. The guy who came initially took time to come to our house. When I called him and asked where he was. He told me he is still busy somewhere and asked if I want my fridge “ fixed or what” when I complained and expressed my irritation about the fact that I’ve been waiting for him in my house the whole day and for a while after I opened the security gate for him. I’m still waiting for 24-36 hrs turn around since my call this Wednesday. This is not prioritized Please help. Portia
