Complaint about the horrible service from Whirlpool.

<p>I bought a fridge on the 23th December 2016 at Hi-Fi corporation in Rustenburg for when I go to school. On the 29th January 2017 I moved into campus residence in Pretoria. I unwrapped my fridge from it's original package on the 30th January so that I can start using it. It didn't want to work and every time I plugged it in, it tripped the main switch. I then told my mom who went to Hi-Fi corporation and laid a complaint on the same, which is the 30th. Hi-Fi then took down my address and details and informed me that someone will contact me within 24 hours, I was then sent an email on the paper I had to present the day someone comes to fix my fridge. On the 31st January, I received an SMS for confirmation that my complaint has been logged. </p> <p>On the 2nd February, Bongane from Rogers Appliances called me asking where exactly I live and I told him that I'm in Pretoria. He then told me that he is based in Rustenburg and will refer me to a person in Pretoria. </p> <p>I called him again on the 4th to tell him I've been waiting. He told me there's probably a delay from the office.</p> <p>On the 7th, I called him again and he then gave me another man's numbers named Emmanuel. I called Emmanuel and he told me he can't come because he doesn't have a work card. After that call I immediately called Bongane and he said he'll get back to me. </p> <p>Later that day, on the 7th, I received a missed call from Whirlpool, I couldn't answer the call because I was in class. I called them as soon as I got to res and their excuse for taking so long is that they have my incorrect address which didn't make sense because Hi-Fi took down my address correctly and indicated which province I'm in. They then told me that someone will contact me within 24 hours and even sent me am SMS for confirmation. </p> <p>It's the 11th already and I haven't received any call. I have been living for two weeks now going on three with a broken fridge, my food is already rotten, it's upsetting and annoying because I have a brand new fridge in my room that I cannot use.</p>
