Cannot get second broken handle for Whirlpool

Whirlpool cannot supply defective broken handle for our fridge although the first handle was replaced under guarantee as they stated that they had problems with the handle all over. They told be to try their agents in Boksburg who also cannot supply, can Whirlpool not support its product?
