Brand new toploader does not clean

<p>On 19 April I bought a Whirlpool toploader from Makro Centurion. The salesperson guaranteed me that the machine has a filter and there will not be any fluff etc on the clothing. Yesterday the machine was delivered and today we used it for the first time. What a shock. The clothes look worse after the wash than before. The washing is not clean at all and full of fluff. We were under the impression that we are purchasing a high quality industrial washer. It turned out to be unusable and a heap of expensive junk. I want a full refund according to my rights as a customer and the CPA and the junk removed from my home!</p>
