Bad service from Whirlpool

I have a 3 year old Whirlpool washing machine.The technician in our area (Musina) promised me 4 weeks in a row,to repair the machine,needles to say,nothing was done.I paid him a fee,but did not get it back.At Whirlpool Head Office,no one is able to help me.I talked to a Giovanni,but left messages to call me without any call.The technician just dropped the machine at my house,and said he can not wait to check what is the problem,I must sort it out myself.This is still a quit new machine,as we had a Speed Queen for 23 years before we purchased this Whirlpool,what a big mistake.I will not recommend Whirlpool to anyone I know,the worst after sale service ever,although,their salesrep in this area is fantastic.
