Bad Service

I bought a gas stove/oven from Whirlpool. The oven has a rotisserie in but there are no instructions in the manual on how to use it. I have called 2 x to ask someone to assist and they have promised to call me back. The first time I called was 2 to 3 weeks ago and again last week Wednesday. Still no one has come back to me. I also asked them to send someone out to service my fridge. He said that someone would contact me withing 24 to 48 hours. i am still waiting for someone to contact me.
