Bad service

We bought a 6th Sense Micro Oven last year and we only used it for 3 weeks and it stopped working, we logged a call for repairs and it was picked up, we were quoted R2800 for the repairs as they said a PC board is not covered by a warranty but they said they didn't guarantee that it will work
