Bad service

Please do not buy Whirlpool whatsoever Bought a fridge from R11000 Makro that the seal rubber is broken. How can you just blame the customer for damaging the seal and dont want to cover with the warrentee. Expect the cuatomer to pay for repairs its disgusting. Never again will i reccommend any body in byuing your product nor will i ever have that in my house ever again. Very bad service from you guys.
