Bad customer service and selling of incorrect gas stoves for South African Market

I"ve had a whirlpool gas stove installed a couple of years ago in a house that I've mainly rented

As this was my first time buying a gas stove i assumed my tenants were not cleaning the pots which were completely black all the time.I needed to get a gas certificate and the technician told me my pots are black because of incorrect jets in the stove.Said it was mean't for an overseas market because we burn a different kind of gas in South Africa.I then contacted whirlpool customer care told her about my problem. She referred my to a company called Tesca who carried the spares for whirlpool.A lady called Anita at Tecsa asked me to send her a pic of the part. She then mail me saying the jets would cost R600 ea.She said she would find a technician and call me back. She never did...when i called her she said she couldn't take responsiblity for ordering the part and told me to call a guy at falsebay refridgeration he could help me.I then called whirlpool customer service again and spoke to Zanele who told me they could send a technician but it would cost approx R450 for a call out. What shocking service !!!and why should i be paying for a faulty gas stove sold to me...no matter how long ago it was?Shouldn't whirlpool take responsibilty for this problem? Will somebody please contact me regarding this matter.thank you Dominique
