BAD BAD SERVICE.............................. WITH LAZY & UNHELPFUL EMPLOYEES

im a customer who bought a washing machine from Game Boulders Center . A machine that stopped working in less than three months ,have asked the store and Whirlpool to replace the unit all failed to be of assistance. Game manager advised his on leave they have no one to help till then. Whirlpool called them advised by a rude consultant by the name of Michel that they will only replace the broken part ,they wont break any procedures if i so have it in my mind that they are not helpful they is nothing more they can do,she then dropped the call. This is a call made in reference with job number 54371.
