BAD, BAD, BAD ATTITUDE

Their after sales service DOES NOT EXIST!!! The agent who answers the 086 number (only way to get hold of someone) is *********** and has the worst attitude I have ever encountered. It is 10 days that we have been battling to book a technician to assist us. When I spoke to her, I told her that I am very upset and instead of trying to assist me, she slammed the phone down on me, because she heard what she wanted to hear and did not listen to what I was saying!
