Bad attitude and no service

I have a Whirlpool Microwave that I believe has a design problem. The door surround keeps cracking I contacted Whirlpool for assistance and they directed me to Tecsa Reco in Boksburg. Do not waste your time with these people, they are totally useless. I contacted Whirlpool again and have not had a response from them
