3rd Whirlpool Dishwasher does not work!

I bought a brand new Whirlpool dishwasher in April 2015 for R6,300. When we opened the box it did not work. After borrowing a bakkie we returned it to the supplier and were given a display unit. Upon borrowing a bakkie again we returned home with it. This one did not take small dinner plates. After complaining our dishwasher was upgraded. 1 month later the water detector doesn't work. We logged a call in June to report it. Whirlpool's telephone line doesn't work and receptionist is rude. Passed onto their repair agents. We were promised a new part. Weeks later the new part arrives. Dishwasher still doesn't work, technician doesn't bother to wait for the cycle to trip (approx. 35 minutes). Complain again and wait for technician to come. He doesn't arrive. Complain again. Waiting to find out what they're going to do next. In the meantime we have to run 3 x 35 min cycles to get dishes washed. I have completely lost faith in Whirlpool as a brand and in their service. I have repeatedly given them and their agents the benefit of the doubt but to no avail. I would be extremely hesitant to buy another Whirlpool appliance and I feel that others need to know.
