3 weeks after payment, still no spare parts.

I have a whirlpool washing machine. The bearing set needs to be replaced. It took me about 10 days just to get feedback on the correct part that I need. Thereafter I paid for the part on the 19th of June and they said it will be ready for collection on the 20th. We send someone from Middelburg to Midrand to collect the part. The package wasn't ready. Another few days later when someone finally responded, they said they will send the parcel to my nearest postnet. After another few days of bugging them for the tracking number, they finally sent me the tracking number. Another few days later, I tracked the parcel online and the tracking number does not exist. Lodged a enquiry about this, and one week later, still no feedback. I am so disappointed with their service.
