Poor services

I ordered gowns and slippers from the above company mentioned and payed as requested and immediately after invoice was provided! I waited for 2 months for the package to come and then she voiced it is on the way. Left it for another 2 weeks and still nothing! When I inquired about it they said they were confused with someone else's package. When the gowns arrived it was all the wrong sizes and the slippers and gown of the bride was not with. When contacted she was very understanding and promised to send it again. When the new package arrived it was once again the wrong size and still no slippers. Contacted the owner and she insinuated that I did not state the right size of gown or slippers! I took a screenshot of the messages of the order and sent it back. After a week I enquired if the slippers and gown was on its way they said yes. Another week later I asked for the waybill number and I am still waiting for the package! And the event I needed it for was 10 December. With the package that did not arrive it cost me another R450 to buy slippers and a dress for the gown being the wrong size!

Will never in my life again order from Wish upon gifts.
