Rude pathetic service

Terrible service. THE Baby clinic nurses are up to no good. THE way they act like they doing us a favour. MY BABY WAS CRYING THE NURSES WERE SAYING GET HIM OUT OF HERE MAKE HIM QUITE THEN BRING HIM INSIDE then I said he is crying because he thinks he is getting injection THE NURSE RESPONDED BY SAYING GET HIM OUTSIDE AND SPEAK TO HIM AND SAY WE NOT GIVING HIM INJECTION WE WILL ONLY SEE TK HIM WHEN HE IS QUITE. How am I to make a 2 year old understand that he must not cry he is a baby what does he know. They never even see to my child the said they cannot see to him and give him his vitamin I must do it coz they do not accept crying and de worming they never even explain how to give it to the child they just put it in my hand and said go home and give it because the baby is crying.

Why are they nurses in the baby clinic if they cannot handle babies crying? How were they suitable for this position?
