Inaccurate review system.

The company's interest is only in the client's side. When customers give actual reviews it does not get posted to the website, unless its a satisfying review. This in turn gives the clients reassurance to keep using wheretostay because there ratings are good. Myself and my wife wrote a review about Sancta Maria unit no 70, a while ago. Up to date it does not appear on their website reviews, instead our google accounts got reported due to the fact, either by wheretostay or by Lydia, the owner or caretaker of that unit. With no response from anyone I felt to brimg this complaint here. Reviews should be posted, good or bad. It needs to be true so that customers know what they are getting. Do not use their ratings for your decision making, rather use google maps, they post and keep all reviews.
