<p>I Had found a holiday accommodation in Hibberdean via where to stay. The accommodation wasfor my dad's birthday. The lady that we had been dealing with was Penny( ********** 725). She told us she can not give us any information about the accommodation without Proof of payment. We had paid and booked the accommodation on the 14/03/2017. We never heard from Penny again. Until the day before we could arrive of which we had to call her. We were kept in suspense right till the night before our departure from home (16/03/2017). My mum had tried to call Penny to find out more about our accommodation since it was not confirm with us that it is booked for us after the proof of payment was done. My dad also deposited 200 extra of which should have been refunded by now. On the 16/03/2017 my mum had contacted Penny on numerous occasions and at each and every time speaking to Penny she was rude and sounded fed up. Eventually I got a hold of her and she confirmed that the accommodation is Bookd. In the day of arrival my mum and dad was horrified to what they went to. The accommodation was stuffy and smelly. Dirty and untidy. No sea view and only Bush. The rooms were cramped up and had no globe. My mum could not stomach a night there so my mum called Penny of which she was rude again. My mum was upset as they paid 1000 a night for a dump. My mum and dad then left the accommodation as they could not stay there. Penny refused to even compensate my parents as it was a total lose to them. As they we already so far from home they then had to book another place. That was a double cost. Whenever my mum had a query Penny kept saying she has to find out from the owner as she is just the agent. On the arrival of accommodation 2. We came to find out that a Penny was the owner and she had been lying all along. I will never use where to stay again. Had A terrible experience.</p>
