I'm still fuming as I write this review about my recent experience at [Wheelzonline Motorcycle Dealership]. I visited the dealership on 2025 interested in purchasing a new motorcycle, but what I encountered was a complete and utter disaster.First of all, I was surprised to find out that the dealership doesn't have an F&I department in-house. I was told that they outsource their financing, which seemed unusual, but I was willing to work with them. What I didn't expect was the complete lack of communication and follow-through from the sales team.I spent hours on the phone and in person with the salespeople, only to be met with radio silence when I asked for updates or had questions about the buying process. I sent multiple emails and made several phone calls, but my inquiries were ignored. It was like they were too busy to respond or didn't care about my business.The lack of transparency and communication was staggering. I was given a tour of the dealership and shown a few bikes, but when I asked about pricing, features, and financing options, I was met with vague answers and empty promises. It felt like they were just trying to get me to sign a deal without fully disclosing the terms or providing any support.The final straw was when I asked to speak with a manager or someone who could help me with my questions. I was told that the salespeople were the best people to talk to, but as I mentioned earlier, they were unresponsive.Needless to say, I did not purchase a motorcycle from [Wheelzonline Motorcycle Dealership], and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. The lack of professionalism, communication, and customer service is appalling. If you value your time and want a hassle-free buying experience, stay far, far away from this dealership.
