Lies to clients
I bought my car from Wheels 4 U in early November this year. At first Kyle told me I would get my car on the Monday instead of the Saturday before that, because they need to put it through the test first and the people who do that are closed on Saturdays (lie nr 1). I googled places where a car can be put through the test in their area and told him that I don't appreciate him lying to me. He didn't give an actual answer, he just said there's nothing to worry about and I will get the car on Monday. (Does this mean they bribe a specific place to put their cars through the test and this specific place couldn't help them that Saturday? Who knows...)
When he finally delivered the car he said that I needed to sign the warranty papers immediately, as he needed the original documents and they can't be emailed and I don't live close to where they are situated. I wouldn't sign them, because the warranty papers were not what we had discussed...so I called the warranty people myself (which is actually his job), they made a new quote based on what we had discussed before, I signed it and sent them my documents ON EMAIL, they did not require the original documentation...lie number 2.
I told him that the car was delivered without loose carpets and that the CD player wasn't working. He said (in writing) that he would do something about it (lie number 3). After ignoring my messages a while he said that he might have extra loose carpets but that he's not going to do anything about the CD player. If I wanted the carpets I needed to go get it from him.
I asked him for his managers contact details, upon which he responded that he is the manager and nothing is going to be done about the radio...even though he said in writing on email that he would do something about it before.
I feel helpless...is this how they treat all women? Or all customers, for that matter...? I won't refer anyone there or go there again.
