<div>They do not even deserve the 1 start. Please be aware of this company or you might end up being in my terrrible situation. This company had called to inform me that I had been pre-approved after I had make an application. I was then sent an SMS notifying me I had been approved. I then got two emails for Rent to Own and Take Over. I then emailed them, thanking them and letting them know i would not be taking the offers as theyr were not the deals I had hoped for This was the Wednesday orThursday.The Saturday, They deducted R4499 from my account. I have no contract with them, not car from any dealership or contract from any dealer, when contacting them (which is a mission as they do not answer their calls and the landline is currently not in use) everything about their communication structure is very *****. Only one person ever answers when they do eventually do, that is if they do. His name is called Dennis! also very rude, dont care attitude and no time for the person they just took money from for nothing! When contacting them they told me through email, SinceI didnot take any car, this R4499 would be admin fees?????? sorry what? even if there is an admin fee even if I didnot take any of their offers but the whole R4499? after 2 emails and one phone call to me? which company requires that much for admin fees from one customer and worse who did not take any car nor signed a contract? They are so uninterested its so clear this is something they are used to doing. They have it a hard stop with me and they will soon be aware. But to those seeking to be assisted with your next car with this company.</div>
