DON'T EVER BUY FROM WHEELIEBINS SA

The experience of having to deal with Sue Granger at Wheelibins SA can only be described as frustrating. Since our initial contact on the 3rd of August, we had to constantly chase her for information on our order. We paid the full amount on the 12th of August in good faith and not once did she say that the bins still needed to be ordered or that the delivery time would be 3 weeks. Only when we want a refund did it become mentioned. It was not even on the pro-forma e-mailed to us.

On average we must have sent over 12 e-mails and I cannot even begin to count how many phone calls we have made begging for updates. I even suspected that Sue was dodging our calls.

The most information we ever received about our order was when we requested a refund after a month of waiting for information and even after this request were we ignored for a further week. Then out of the blue we get an e-mail from Sue saying the items have arrived and will be delivered the following Monday. As you can expect Monday came... no delivery. We called, to be informed that she will 'try' for Tuesday and as you can imagine Tuesday 3pm still no delivery. After numerous attempts to contact Sue finally she answered to say she was still trying to organize the delivery!!!! We were about to go and collect ourselves when FINALLY our items arrived by a delivery man who in his words said 'Sue sends him out on deliveries like these' while proudly showing off the 2 firearms he had concealed on his person. Clearly she has given poor service to others to warrant having a delivery man who tries to intimidate her customers with firearms!

Is this how business is run now? Customers get ignored and threatened for daring to ask where their items are that they paid for a month and a half ago??? Save yourself the frustration DON'T EVER USE THESE PEOPLE
