Sales Employee asks for R50
The process of selling our Car and paperwork etc was AMAZING . I Love wheelie for that. BUT Wheelie you must have a chat to your guys who comes and do the evaluations and taking the cars etc after finalising the deal,=s. Bernard your Evaluator/salesguy from the Northen area of Pta (Montana) . came to do the deal with my Mother and suster and after everything very exceptionally good which it really did he helped ALOT , he then just before they left after the payment was made and the paperwork has been done THEN asked my mother for R50 because he cant go through the TOllGATES with the car they cam with which i assume is a wheelie company car , and then our car which wheelie bought because the tollgates is now more because of 2 cars. The Tollgate fees is as follows : R15 per car which gives you a total of R30 1st issue 2nd issue Why IN THIS WORLD would a employee of a Multi Million Rand company ask a CLIENT for money for tollgates. I really think this is shining a VERY bad light on wheelie ! we don't need or want the money back its not about the money for me or my family at all but just the fact that he asked for money of a old lady in a retirement village and as a client is UNACCEPTABLE !
