I would like to give the Management Team of Weelee, a massive top rating for going over and beyond to provide great customer satisfaction. After an unfortunate issue earlier in this week, the management team jumped in to assist me. They responded promptly, with an action plan and alternative within 30 minutes! The manager Gerhard was extremely respectful and helpful regarding my complain and immediately shared that corrective steps were already taken to prevent a reoccurrence. Then he delivered on his promise to get back to me today and he did that earlier than I expected! Keeping a promise, earns you a lot of Respect and Gratitude in my books, thank you Gerhard and team.
