Shocking after-sale support and "false" adverti*****t.

I had a smooth experience when purchasing the vehicle from Wheelees, but the after-sale service has been extremely disappointing. After the purchase, we had to repeatedly request the necessary documents for the vehicle's license renewal, which led to us incurring penalties for our other vehicle as the expired license was still linked to us. Despite multiple follow-ups, we have not received any refund for the license fees we had to pay.

To make matters worse, we’ve now discovered that the service warranty on the vehicle has expired due to the previous owner not taking it in for service on time. We specifically chose this vehicle because it was advertised with a valid warranty, which was supposed to relieve us of concerns. Now, we’re left uncertain about the next steps, as our consultant has been unresponsive—no replies to calls or WhatsApp messages regarding the refunds or warranty issue.

Extremely poor after-sale support. Would not recommend. If someone in a possible to help can please contact me.
