no refund

It is with disappointment that I would like to inform the public about the poor service and activity of “Wheelies “as a company and how their staff behaves. I visited Wheelee on 8th December 2024 to view vehicles that they have for sale. I met with a salesman, Kiran Gangaram, who showed us around. We then decided to purchase a VW caddy that was on the floor. Kiran a former sales manager of We Buy Cars, he stated he left his former employer due to poor service and customer complaints. He assured me that the vehicle is in perfect condition and they would organize the roadworthiness and registration. He would also send me the Dekra reports in the week. During the week I was forwarded the reports of the vehicle. I then called Kiran and requested if all the repairs would be done including the computer faults. His response totally surprised me when he stated that I am not buying a new vehicle. I then told him I would not be purchasing the vehicle and he must organize the refund of my deposit. I was requested by Kiran to pay a five thousand rands (R5000) to ensure the vehicle would be retained for me. We paid the R5000 immediately via EFT and the payment reflected immediately. It is gone almost three weeks and to date have still not received my refund. I warn the public of the way Wheelies does their business .Please be very cautious when purchasing vehicles from Wheelee.
