Typically, of car dealers. When you are buying, they cannot stop phoning / e-mailing you. Afterwards, you do not exit. Watch out for Wheel Traders Goodwood!!!!!! What a bunch of *****. We bought a vehicle from them about a month ago. The deal that was made was that they would re-imburse us for the licencing and number plates. Also, we can take delivery of the vehicle and they will replace the side window and aerial once the parts arrived. Well, no pay-out, no mirror or aerial. When you contact them, they are full of promises. When I started to ask for the Mgr., I was given two different names by employees. People that don’t even exist. When I eventually got the correct person (Frederik Mostert), he is never available nor do he respond to messages. The workers are not even allowed to give out his name, cellular number or e-mail address. What kind of business is this?? If you have nothing to hide, why can’t you give out the Mgrs. contact details? I had frequent telephonic conversations with Dean and Shudley from Wheel Traders Goodwood and I can tell you, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, BUNCH OF *****.
