NOT TRUSTWORTHY and UNRELIABLE

I purchased a vehicle from Wheeltraders Goodwood online, they in Cape Town and I am based in Pretoria.I made a cash offer, which was R10 000 below their selling price, which they accepted. The vehicle looked good from the pictures, i asked for a mail from the sales person Dean to confirm that the vehicle is in a good condition, accident free and full service history. He confirmed that the vehicle is was all this and very clean. I made the full transfer of funds the same day. The vehicle was transported up to Pretoria and delivered to me the following week. On arrival the carrier company pointed out some damages to the vehicle which was there when they collected the car. I took pictures of these damages, which included a scratch on the one side of the vehicle, the rear bumper was damaged with trimmings loose, the number plate lights were hanging loose on cables and the rear parking light of the canopy was also not working with the cable being cut. The vehicle arrived without a spare key, and the battery was flat. I reported this to Dean, the salesman, who firstly did not reply to my mails and after phoning him he sais he needs to speak to Shudley the manager, after not receiving an answer i called the dealership and enquired to speak to the owner, Mr Friederich Mostert. I left three messages for him, since he was never available, either away or busy in the workshop. Customers are obviously not that important to him, up until today i have not had a call from him, just a mail from Shudley to say that i should fix the damages with the R10 000 discount i received, else i can refund them the R10 000 and they will fix the damages. This was not the deal, the deal was they accepted my cash offer and they should have delivered a vehicle in an acceptable condition with some pride in their service and product offering - they obviously have none of that!! I will never buy another vehicle from Wheeltraders Goodwood, as far as i am concerned they are unreliable and ************* as a used vehicle dealership.
