Poor service

I had a service done and I am yet to receive my receipt. After about 10 calls and 8 e-mails I am still awaiting a receipt. It's now been a month and this is really pathetic. This company has been paid! I have e-mailed proof of payment and still I don't even get a simple reply or good enough excuse as to where my receipt Is!
