Promises not kept

Wheel Collision collected a wheel from us on Monday and undertook to repair said and return the wheel by Friday. After several calls to Stanley on Friday, who made many promises to phone back but didn’t, we phoned Jason the manager. Jason confirmed that the wheel was not finished. Jason said that they will deliver the wheel on Saturday. No wheel was delivered. We phoned again on Monday and were told the wheel is still not ready. Furthermore, when a third party took the car to them to inspect and quote on the wheels, they quoted on all four wheels while 2 of the wheels have already been repaired by them previously.
