******** ******

I sent two of my 17” Rims to Tiger wheel and tyre Woodmead the two Rims were sent to Wheel collision for repairs. One Rim was repaired, and one had the paint sc****d of and not repaired as per the manager Gareth the rim was not repaired because when they sc****d of paint of the rim the found body filler, so the rim was then sent back to Tyger wheel & tyre not repaired and with the paint scaped off. When I raised this with Tiger wheel & tyre I was told that the rim was sent back because it was deemed as s**** by wheel collision. After hearing this I then asked Tiger wheel & tyre to send the rim back to Wheel collision to have the original paint that was on the rim back as it was before it was brought inn. The rim was sent back again to Wheel collision, and I was advised to contact Wheel collision, I call them and to spoke the guy by the name of Richard workshop manager who initial agreed to be spray the paint back on the rim and sent the rim back to Tiger wheel and tyre. When I contact Richard a week later, he tells me that Gareth again refused for the rim to be painted back to its original form. He then provides me with Gareth number and tell me that I must speak to him. When I raise this with Gareth he tells me that they don’t have a problem with spraying the rim but I must pay R400 for the paint to be put back. So, my question is why must I pay for my rim to be painted to the manner in which I had brought inn. To me bad service and ********ity and its core.
