Extremely Unprofessional & Lack of Accountability!!

I honestly expected so much better from these guys. I was initially referred to by a family friend (who uses this business as they run a car dealership), so I thought the quality and work ethic would be solid. Anyway, I took my vehicle to them a couple months back and it turned out I had a severely cracked back left rim. I left it with them and they took forever to fix it, which also meant I had to do a lot of unnecessary running back and forth which is costly. Shortly after they "fixed" the rim, I started experiencing low pressure on that rim/tyre. I took it back and without even looking at it, their employee Nick insisted I hit a pothole - I am the sole driver of my car and have NOT hit any bumps or potholes, I took offense to being called a **** and that isn't how you treat a customer!! Regardless, if it was fixed correctly the first time around, there should have been no cracks! I suspect no work was even done on that rim. Even though I have insurance to cover me 100% on rim claims, I refuse to give business to wheel collision mainly because of how disrespectful Nick is and the lack of accountability.

To the management: I suggest you replace him with someone more competent and customer focused as he is not adding value to the business, nor does he listen, but instead assumes. I could care less if past customers of yours try to pull a fast one, but as a new customer it is unacceptable to deal with that level of unprofessionalism. Another thing I noticed is that I was given a lower rate as a paying customer, but when I said insurance would pay, the quote was adjusted to be over R1k more? Not very ethical guys. I will NEVER suggest wheel collision to anyone based on my terrible experience, and have already advised all my friends and family against their services. Truly disappointed.
