Worst after sales service ever!!!!

Worst after sales service ever! I bought 2 bar stools online, upon arrival, one for them was badly stained.. I requested an exchange, which has been the most annoying and most unprofessional thing I’ve had to deal with!! It’s been 2 and a half weeks, the sales consultants don’t reply to emails, when you try to call them they are always on another call... at this point I don’t know if I still want this chair or should I just get my money back!! This is very unprofessional. It’s my first and last purchase from Cielo and the Wheco group!!! Never again. Be careful of those guys!
