Visco Pedic matresses

I bought a Vico Pedic mattress from a store in Port Elizabeth. The mattress started collapsing on both the sides I approached the store and was referred to their holding company Wheco Group. They collected the mattress at my cost three weeks ago and then send me a mail to say for hygienic reasons they can not look at mattress yes mattress had coffee stain on. To date I am still awaiting an answer on how that would effect the quality of the memory foam that is collapsing. I am battling to get contact numbers as I am told that correspondence only takes place via e mail. I am told that on their web site there is conditions covering their reply but was never made aware of this when I bought the mattress in store. Bottom line please do not buy the above mentioned mattress as the quality is suspect.
