These people should change their name to the Whackyo Group!!!

I ordered a 2-seater and 3-seater Sancho leather upper sofa from this company. I asked that they confirm writing that the sofas were made of genuine leather upper which they had not hesitation in confirming so I ordered the same from them. I requested that I be contacted before the delivery arrived so I could ensure I was available to receive the same. The items were shipped by their appointed courier Time Freight - who arrived unannounced at 4:45pm and advised that their vehicle was waiting for me to receive the items. I battled through peak hour Midrand traffic to get to the apartment. They were rude and impatient and insisted on completing the delivery and could not wait for my arrival. By the time I had arrived, the courier staff had already taken the sofas into the apartment. In the process - they tore sections of the 3-seater sofa. I tried to contact the seller but clearly they were closed for the day. I signed the delivery and advised the courier that I will raise the issue of their conduct and that damage they had caused to the sofa in the process of getting the same into the apartment. In hindsight - the damage of the sofa was very fortunate. It revealed that the sofa was NOT GENUINE LEATHER UPPER as advertised and confirmed by the seller. It was in fact bonded leather!! The sale representative apologised for the behaviour of the courier staff and agreed to replace the sofas. She was 'shocked' that the sofa was all bonded leather and not genuine leather uppers as she had confirmed with me. I was then handed over to a Claire Koen who has to date proved to be a very unreliable Customer Services representative. Claire sent me a dissertation on why these are in fact genuine leather sofas which actually was a lot of BS. In conclusion, I was offered a genuine leather replacement- for which I would have to wait for 4 months. I asked that they uplift the items and refund the sale. Claire insisted that I package the sofas for return and requested that I would need to pay R392 for packaging material. Talk about adding insult to injury. I advised that I would be happy do so but as I had received no packaging when the items were delivered, Wheco would have to resolve this with their courier I returned the items via the Wheco appointed courier - Time Freight- on 1 Apr 2016. Claire advised that "Once we receive the items back in our warehouse we will proceed with the refund request. Refunds takes 7-10 working days after we have received the items back." I is now more than 3 weeks since I returned damaged bonded leather sofas. I have repeated followed up on the refund. Claire advises that she is waiting on her manager to authorise the refund but will not let me talk to her manager. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND Would I recommend trading with seller? NO... NO... NO... NO
