The worst customer service and experience ever!

Wheco group has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I purchased items from the Cielo group and not even a month later it started to deteriorate. Then to try and get an exchange done was like trying to pull teeth. The customer service agents were unprofessional made empty promises including the delivery team. When I eventually received the exchanged item it was incorrectly assembled and now the battle begins all over. I will NEVER EVER purchase from this store again despite wanting arm chairs but given the service I would much rather spend my money at other luxury retailers which excellent customer service.
