Terrible service!

Wheco group said they only issue collection address once payment is made. I made an immediate payment early in the morning, but the agent refuse to give me the warehouse address. Anyway, I decided to drive to Sandton from Pretoria, to be closer to the warehouse. She only sent the address at 15:30 and when I get to the warehouse 10 minutes later, the receptionist told me that the warehouse is closed, but they will assist me. I don't understand why she and colleagues refused to give me the address after making the payment??? Moreover, the staff were rude. Terrible service!!!!
