Terrible service

I bought two pedestals online towards the end of March 2020 and they were only delivered on the 23rd of May 2020. It was explained to me that the delay was a result of the Lockdown level 5 regulations prohibiting Wheco group from delivering non-essential items at that time,which was understandable. Upon unpacking the items, I realized that two out of the for legs of the one pedestal were the incorrect size. I immediately reported this to them and I have since sent +18 emails following up on when I can expect the correct items to be delivered and they are just giving me the run around. I have spoken to three different people from this company in attempt to resolve this matter and I am still waiting. Tomorrow marks a full month of being in possession of this incomplete pedestal. The level of incompetence and lack of communication from Wheco Group/Cielo has been excruciatingly frustrating!
