TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM WHECO GROUP/STORMFOX

Stormfox Paddleboard Warranty Claim I ordered a Drizzle Stand Up Paddle Board Kit in July 2022. It arrived with an unusable paddle, the aluminum clip was broken. It took TWO weeks for a replacement paddle to be sent to me.

After less than 4 months, and fewer than 10 uses the Board developed a leak on one of the seams. I duly submitted a Warranty Claim with pictures and video footage of the leak. Almost two weeks later, I still await a response from Dayyanah at Wheco Group.
