Stormfox Paddleboard not as described and specified

After being informed stock only arrives on a specified I had to then follow up twice to get my tracking number after I was invoiced and said it will be sent to me within 48 hours.

Then the product arrived and I realized it was not properly checked by the factory, the leash and nose anchors were not installed. I kindly notified and was informed the whole batch was like this and I should attached it on the handle to which I rep**** no board works like this as the leash will constantly make you trip on the board.

The next business day I was informed that the factory has couriered the parts and I would received it soon with instructions. Daily I have followed up as to if I will received both the anchors with the glue required and when with no response from the customer relationship employee who was handling this.

The quality of this board seems fair but the service leads to many frustrations...two weeks in summer without a usable board....
