Leather couches (Cielo)

I bought couches in December of 2017, and they got delivered in February 2018 Now a year later they are peeling, sent an email to them they said they will replace the set as they received many complains with regards to the same set as mine. It's been a month now they sent wrong boxes for the packaging and the collection people refused to take them as they didn't want to unpack everything

I have sent countless emails with not response to the after sales people

The service that I am now getting is very poor as I had to follow up on the delivery of the set .
