Empty promises, spin doctoring and poor communication

<p>I ordered a new mattress 3 weeks ago, firmly believing that it would not be a problem to get it within a few days. After all, Wheco Group made no attempt to clearly communicate that they a.) first need to manufacture the product, and b.) have in fact a manufacturing delay. They wait until after you pay, and then simply say 'we will advise you when its ready'. After ordering my mattress, I asked Natusha to please mark my order as urgent (I have guests arriving this week and not enough space for everyone to sleep!). She promised she would, but as the days became weeks, I was simply told to wait. Her response was dismissive, without further explanation, so I asked for my money back. Then, suddenly, Wheco could 'source' a mattress. I enquired whether it was the mattress I ordered, and when it would arrive. More email silence. When I enquired again, I was told my order would be dispacted another 3 days from the promised 'we sourced you a mattress' date, and that it would take an additional 3 - 5 days on top of that to reach me (my guests having already slept on the floor by then thanks to these people). I asked this company twice to refund me due to their poor delivery deadline. They ignored me (despite offering a money back guarantee), and I still don't have hope to either get my money back to buy another mattress, or get the actual mattress I ordered. (Who knows what story they will spin next). Stay away....buy a mattress you know you will actually be able to sleep on within a reasonable timeframe. They couldn't care less. </p>
