Do THEIR job for them, ask them stock availability

I had money available to buy a full set of 10 dining room chairs. So we contact Wheco group and they said they have 10 available for us and that I should just do the eft. So I have immediately eft'd the money into their account. <br> <br> We then got a mail saying we should pick something else as these are out of stock and they not getting in anymore. <br> <br> So I thought it is fine they can just pay the money back as it is their mistake I expect the money back almost instantly. No not at this company they say I should wait for 12 working days. <br> <br> So yes I got an empty table without chairs an my money is with them, I can not buy chairs without that money...<br> <br> This is forsure the last time I will do business with them..<br> <br> I really liked the chairs though.<br> <br> <br>
