DISAPPOINTMENT UPON DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!

What a terrible experience! We bought quite a few items and arranged for delivery well beforehand as advised. The furniture arrived a day late. The worst of all was that only the side rails of the bed was delivered. We have been sleeping on the matrass on the floor for three weeks. As I have a very bad knee due to an accident, this was agony. Promises were made and broken. NOBODY phones you back after promising. I have spent three weeks phoning up and down. A delivery guy arrived with a delivery slip for us to sign without the parcel!!!! He mentioned the truck is on its way, that was 3 days ago!!!!! I would definitely not recommend them at all. Very disappointed!
