Delivery: Q520542

I have been tracking my delivery since 13/09/2018. I followed up with relevant department/persons. When I called today I was advised that they had attempted contacting me which I do not dispute but I waited all week for the delivery and no one came. I am spending a lot of money calling to track the order. Can I have this order delivered before end of business today please.
