Cantilever Umbrella

I purchased a cantilever umbrella online from Cielo (Wheco Group) last summer. I was told it could withstand Cape Town south easters, but this is not the case at all. The umbrella which is supported by a marble base blows over. <br> <br> On contacting them I've been told not to use the umbrella in the wind, which makes this umbrella useless. The other piece of advise was to get a heavier base. This R2300 umbrella came with a marble base which I am using.<br> <br> This is a very poor response. Since the product has not met the expectation under which it was sold, I would like it to be collected and my account refunded.
