Bad service and poor quality of products

I purchased a couch and logged a return since it had defects . The Fourways branch logged a return ticket.I received calls from the customer service team who are very unprofessional and not willing to give proper service to clients.

When I returned the couch I had to go through 5 couches to find one with less defects.

I submitted a proposal that they need to refund me for transport cost incurred. They indicated that they will take it up with management. I have sent numerous emails and had no response.
